5K Run/Walk: For those who participate in our 5K Run/Walk, this experience can add a new level of challenge and interest to your exercise program. A 5K Run/Walk is approximately 3.1 miles. Don’t be intimidated by the distance, a 5K Run?Walk is a great distance for a beginner and be generally be completed in about 45 minutes to an hour. It generally takes an individual two months to fully prepare for a 5K Run.
